What are the operating hours for the main office?

The main office is open from  10 AM to 9 PM on Monday - Wednesday, 10 AM to 10 PM on Thursday & Friday, 9 AM to 10 PM on Saturday, and 9 AM to 8 PM on Sunday. Hours may vary during the ski season, so check the website for the most up-to-date information.

Who should I contact for group reservations or events?

For group reservations or event inquiries, please email our Group Sales team at kissingbridge@kbski.com or call 844-578-0166. Our team will be happy to assist you in planning your visit.

How do I report a lost item?

If you’ve lost an item, contact our Lost and Found department by calling 716-592-4963 or visit the Guest Services desk in the main lodge. Be prepared to provide a description of the lost item.
